1 Definitions

4 Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one Account on the 4c44 platform at any time. The creation or use of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they are registered under different names, different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 4c44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets or pending bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 4c44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4.3 Account Verification (KYC). 4c44 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage of your relationship with the platform, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change in Account details, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. 4.4 Inactive Accounts. 4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 4c44 support team via live chat. 5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Currency. All transactions on 4c44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Amounts deposited in any other currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may include a conversion margin. 4c44 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.2 Supported Payment Methods. 6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 4c44 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they are converted to real-money Balance eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the corresponding promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain game types (including but not limited to live sports betting and certain table games) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, only one bonus offer may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.

6.4 Bonus Eligibility. 4c44 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts. Players who have set deposit limits that render them ineligible for a bonus may not be able to claim that offer during the restriction period.

6.5 Abuse and Misuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing offsetting bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using Bonus Funds in a manner that 4c44 determines constitutes bonus abuse — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 4c44 are subject to acceptance by the platform. 4c44 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the stake exceeds the maximum permitted for a given market, where the bet is placed after an event has commenced (in the case of pre-match markets), or where 4c44 has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation or fraudulent intent.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error on the part of 4c44, the platform reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4c44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing anomaly for financial gain.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

4c44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned maintenance and emergency downtime may occur, and 4c44 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to schedule planned maintenance outside of peak usage periods in Bangladesh Standard Time.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by 4c44. 4c44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 4c44 reasonably determines that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligation. In such cases, 4c44 will return any undisputed real-money Balance to the Player via their registered Supported Payment Method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any ongoing fraud investigation.

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for any reason, all rights and licences granted to the Player under these Terms & Conditions shall immediately cease. Any open bets at the time of termination will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules where possible, or voided and refunded where settlement is not practicable. Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.3 Survival. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Privacy and Data), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 15 (Contact and Complaints) — shall remain in full force and effect following Account closure.

14 Amendments

4c44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 4c44 platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease use of the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.5 before the revised terms take effect.
